About the Madrasah
Discover the vision, values, and mission behind Dar-ul-Islah.
The Story of Dar-ul-Islah
Madrasah Dar-ul-Islah Lil Tahfeez Wat Tajweed was founded on 11 October 2023 by Qari Islahullah Sadiq Sahib in the neighbourhood of Quetta Town, Sector 18-B, Super Highway, Karachi.
Qari Islahullah Sahib, a distinguished Hafiz and Qari, recognised a vital need in the community — a dedicated institution where children could learn the Quran in the proper traditional manner, with authentic Tajweed, strong discipline, and a genuinely Islamic environment.
Within its very first year, Dar-ul-Islah grew to over 190 enrolled students, established a faculty of 15+ qualified teachers, and produced students who won positions at district, provincial, national, and international Quran competitions. The Madrasah is proudly affiliated with Wifaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan.

The Islamic Values We Stand Upon
Everything we do at Dar-ul-Islah is guided by these core principles drawn from the Quran and Sunnah.
Ikhlas — Sincerity
All teaching and learning is done solely for the pleasure of Allah, free from show or worldly gain.
Ilm — Knowledge
We hold learning sacred — every lesson, every revision, and every correction is an act of worship.
Adab — Respect
Respect for teachers, elders, the Quran, and fellow students is non-negotiable in our institution.
Adl — Justice
Every student is treated equally regardless of background, and every parent's concern is heard fairly.
Sabr — Patience
Hifz is a journey that demands patience. We cultivate this beautiful quality in every student.
Tawadu — Humility
The more a student learns of the Quran, the more humble they become — that is the mark of true knowledge.
Our Educational Philosophy
At Dar-ul-Islah, we believe that every child has the capacity to become a Hafiz — given the right teacher, the right environment, and the right approach. Our educational philosophy is built on three pillars:
Small class sizes and one-on-one Sabak sessions ensure no student is left behind. Teachers know each child's pace, strength, and area of difficulty.
New memorisation (Sabak), recent revision (Sabqi), and old revision (Manzil) are practised daily — the proven three-tier system of Hifz.
Academic progress and Islamic character are developed together. A Hafiz without good character is incomplete — we build both simultaneously.

"Alhamdulillah — in a very short time, Dar-ul-Islah has become a home for the Quran in Karachi. Our students are not just memorising words; they are becoming people of the Quran — in their hearts, their actions, and their character.
I established this Madrasah with one intention: to create a place where every child, regardless of their background, could come and learn Allah's Book in the most authentic and loving way. What we have achieved in just one year — the awards, the Huffaz, the growth — is entirely through the blessing of Allah and the hard work of our teachers.
To every parent: trust us with your children. We will treat them as our own. And to every student: the day you complete your Hifz will be the greatest day of your life — and we will be with you every step of the way."
